Ant Forest

To increase the user retention rate of using Alipay's Ant Forest, a personal carbon account that converts users' green activities to real trees, our marketing team wanted to add entirely new features, which were later rejected by the tech team due to feasibility and time constraints. Therefore, the design team determined to do a gamification redesign.
